We were told that it was a problem the entire block had - in other words the hotel because it occupies a city block. We went out for lunch hoping it would be fixed by the time we came back a few hours later. And there was no person to help us either. No WiFi, no cable, no way to make plans to find a local library where they had WiFi or anything. We couldn't even go online with our data. It was important for us to have WiFi because I brought my work laptop and my son brought his school work to do - both of us needed to log on. I called downstairs and was rudely told that it wasn't working.

Hoping things got better, when we arrived at our room, we were happy that the room was spacious and very clean. When we arrived we were told that this had to have been done online so there was miscommunication and no discount was given. I had called the hotel before I made a reservation and was told that I would get a AAA discount upon arrival and that I would need to show my card. The prices were reasonable compared to other hotels especially to those on the strip.
